VALID – When a contract contains all the legally required elements.

 

VENDEE – A buyer.  More commonly used with land installment contracts.

 

VENDOR – A seller.  More commonly used with land installment contracts.

 

VOID – When a contract is missing one or more essential elements.

 

VOIDABLE – When a contract is not automatically void, but may be voided by one or more parties.
