Agents Agents need to keep buyer and seller safety in mind. Your clients are trusting you to look out
for their best interest. Even someone
that is not being represented is placing a certain amount of trust in
you. Don’t take shortcuts that will
jeopardize a buyer or seller. One of the strong selling points about listing with a real
estate agent is the added security that is provided when selling their
home. Tell them not to invite people
in that come by their house without an appointment. Require all agents from other companies to contact you or your
office before showing a house. Make
sure buyers are financially qualified to purchase a property before you take
