Exclusive listings are $50 per year. Exclusive listings are only available in counties or regions where there are no paid ads or reserved spots in that category. An exclusive advertiser will be the only listing for that category in that county or region. Exclusive listings may include one approved picture up to 240 X 300 pixels.

Half page listings (listings that take up approximately half of the frame visible on the screen) are $30 per year. There can be any number of half page ads per county/region. Ad placement is on a first come, first serve basis. Be the first in your county/region to advertise and you are locked in to the top spot as long as you continue the ad. Half page listings are available in any category that does not have an exclusive listing in that county/region. Half page listings may include one approved picture up to 120 X 150 pixels.

Selected real estate agents will be considered for relocation/referral arrangements, with no charge for the ad. E-mail info@realtycomplete.com for details. We will also consider barter arrangements for any advertiser, such as a link exchange or having someone write articles or questions that we might find useful.

Real estate agents will also be allowed to pick communities in the county/region they are listed, which will be directed to their county/region listing. For half page listings, agents may pick up to 5 communities. For exclusive listings, agents may pick up to 10 communities. Half page listings must include the office address,and the office phone number, and may include up to four more contacts (cellular, e-mail, website, etc.). Exclusive listings have the same contact guidelines, and may also include text up to 1,000 characters.

Purchase a website through us and get a half page listing for free! (subject to availability). Currently, all counties in the United States are considered one region. Each borough in New York City is considered a separate region.

Prices and terms are subject to change for future listings. Any ad placed will be subject to the terms and prices at the time the ad is placed or renewed. Advertisers can make one change a year per ad at no additional charge (e.g. changing an office or company). All additional changes are $10 per change. In the event of the discontinuance of the website, advertisers will be entitled to a prorated refund for the unused time. Otherwise there are no refunds (but don’t worry; we’re not planning on going anywhere).
